Nathaniel Smith, George Washington University. With all the information on the Iranian cyber activities, what is your differentiating message? Alireza Jafarzadeh, Deputy Director, National Council of Resistance of Iran: Well that's a good question. I know there's a lot of information out there about this but what we specifically highlight today and we think this is something that is new and needs a lot of attention is the role of revolution guards. The IRGC is on top of any cyber operations. You need not to worry about like hackers or anything like that because the chief hacker is the government itself. They are the ones who are running the whole show unlike other countries that are concerned about cyber activities it's different. In the case of Iran, it's the IRGC and in this case intelligence. Second, we specify that the IRGC has created a number of front companies. They're running an apparatus with these front companies that develop fake apps that look kosher, look benign but actually are spyware enabled is harmful to everybody. We also talked about the role of Amar base, the headquarters for the cyber operation of the intelligence organization of the IRGC. We also highlighted the fact that the mobile apps developed by the IRGC are actually available on global markets for mobile apps. This is like so ironic so contrary with all the laws in the UnIted States. There is Executive Order Section 606 that specifically prohibits whatever the IRGC is doing right now. And that executive order that needs to be fully implemented. So that's the highlight of what we have discussed here today and the highlight of what we want the United States to do.
